Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern every transaction between UNISHOP LLC, operating the US side of the site under the trade name "Gigi France" ("Gigi", "we", "us"), and any consumer or business ("you", "the customer") placing an order on gigifrance.com (the "site").

UNISHOP LLC is a New Mexico limited liability company, EIN 98-1752228, New Mexico registration no. 7380690, with its address at 102 Gold Ave SW # 399, Albuquerque, NM 87102, USA.

By placing an order you accept these Terms in full. The Terms applicable to your order are the ones published on the site on the day you place the order.

We sell Drop-Stitch inflatable pools, cold plunges, inflatable furniture, and accessories. Each product page describes the essential characteristics. Photographs are illustrative; minor color variations may exist.

Two ordering modes apply: (i) group preorders ("pools"), whose production starts once the pool is filled and which ship roughly 4 months after the order; (ii) in-stock accessories, shipped within standard lead times.

All products comply with applicable European standards (notably CE EN 16582-1 for family above-ground pools) and undergo a quality check at our workshop before shipping.

US prices are displayed in US dollars and exclude US state sales tax, which is added at checkout when applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination ZIP code. Customs duties for international shipments outside the US are handled by us when shipping from France.

Gigi reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Orders are invoiced at the price posted at the moment the order is placed.

An order becomes firm upon successful payment authorization. You receive an order confirmation email immediately, followed by a shipping confirmation when the parcel leaves our workshop.

Gigi may refuse or cancel any order that shows signs of fraud, payment failure, or stock unavailability.

Payment is processed online at checkout via Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH where available). Transactions are secured by TLS encryption.

Group preorders ("pools") are paid in full at the time of order: full payment secures your spot in the pool and, once the pool is filled, triggers production.

Gigi never stores or sees your full card data — that information is transmitted directly to Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified partner.

Group preorders ("pools"): production starts once the pool is filled; delivery takes place approximately 4 months after the order. An estimate is shown on the product page and confirmed by email.

In-stock accessories: shipped within standard lead times via our carrier; clearance for international shipments is handled by Gigi where applicable.

Risk of loss transfers when the parcel is handed to the carrier. If your package arrives visibly damaged, note specific reservations on the delivery slip and contact us within 48 hours.

In-stock accessories: you may return an unused, unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus return shipping. The product must be in its original packaging.

Group preorders: you may cancel a preorder for a full refund as long as production of the pool has not started. Once production has started, the order is final and non-refundable, as the item is made to the pool's specifications — except where the product is defective or non-conforming.

Defective products are eligible for free return shipping and full refund or replacement at your choice. Contact our team at hello@gigifrance.com before sending the product back.

Gigi provides a 2-year manufacturer's warranty on fabric and seams from the delivery date. The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse, or lack of maintenance.

Spare parts are sold individually for up to 5 years after a model is discontinued.

EU customers also benefit from the legal conformity warranty (Article L217-3 of the French Consumer Code) and the hidden-defects warranty (Article 1641 of the French Civil Code).

Workshop repairs are free under warranty.

Gigi is not liable for damage resulting from misuse of products, failure to follow installation, care, or safety instructions provided with each item. Supervision of bathers remains the customer's responsibility.

In no event will Gigi's liability exceed the amount of the order concerned.

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, linked in the site footer. You will find there the purposes, retention periods, and your rights regarding your data.

These Terms, for orders processed by UNISHOP LLC, are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. We will look for an amicable resolution before any legal action.

EU consumers ordering from the French entity are covered by the French Terms (governed by French law) and may use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
