For several years, he distributed high-pressure Drop-Stitch pools from a renowned French manufacturer — pools engineered with the same marine-grade technology found in premium paddleboards. He saw exactly what made them exceptional. He also saw where the customer experience fell short: slow answers, vague delivery dates, and no one who felt truly accountable once the order was placed.
